Book Country is very excited to be at this year’s Pacific Northwest Writers Association Conference at the SeaTac Hilton in Seattle, WA. This amazing conference is in its 58th year. I am so excited to have the chance to talk about Book Country with PNWA’s thriving community of writers from this beautiful corner of the US.
I arrived from NYC late last night. This morning I woke up to fantastic coffee (something I expected, since this is, of course, Seattle) and gorgeous sunny skies (something I wasn’t expecting, since this is, of course, Seattle). I hurried over to the Conference Center and set up my exhibitor’s table. From 9-5:30 today (Friday, 7/26) and 9-5:30 tomorrow (Saturday, 7/27), I’ll be passing out information about Book Country and connecting with new members. If you are here at the conference, please come say hi!
I’ve also got my laptop at the ready–new members can sign up and take a site tour right at the table.
I’m doing a “Spotlight on Book Country” panel on Saturday, 7/27, from noon-1:30pm in Emerald Ballroom D in the SeaTac Hilton Conference Center. This will give conference attendees a chance to get an in-depth look into the new Book Country site and the chance to ask questions about how the site can work for you.
So far, I’ve met a bunch of awesome writers and have been having a blast talking about Book Country. It’s so fun to watch the Book Country community grow!
